What happens in the event of a complaint concerning FlexiCredit?

Beyond the fact that our customer care service is there to assist you at each stage of your query, Cim Finance has set up a complaint management team for its customers. A complaints officer is available to deal with your phone queries on (230) 203 6805 or by email at [email protected]

What happens in the event of a complaint related to your purchase(s)?

Cim Finance cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage or other complaint related to the acquired product and/or service. For any complaint or query concerning the product, please contact the retailer directly.

Will I be contacted by e-communication?

Can I refund the balance before the agreed final payment date?
