What is Cim Voyage?

Cim Voyage is a product of Cim Finance specially designed to finance your and your family’s dream vacation. This unsecured credit facility helps cover the cost of your vacation package, including air tickets, cruise tickets, hotel accommodation and other related services such as transfers and activities.

Who can apply?

Individuals earning minimum monthly revenue of MUR 15,000.

What is the annual interest rate ?

  • All
  • Cim Voyage

13.5% per annum on the Credit Facility Amount.

Is it mandatory to have a Credit Insurance Plan for Cim Voyage?

  • All
  • Cim Voyage
  • Having a Credit Insurance Plan is mandatory for this product.
  • You can opt for the Be Safe plan to cover the cost of Your Vacation Package being financed.
  • You also have the option to subscribe to a credit insurance plan from any other insurance provider as long as the plan covers at least death as well as total and permanent disability and the insurance is assigned in our favor.

A credit card with the first year annual fee waived, subject to your eligibility.

When should I pay my monthly instalments?

  • You are required to pay Us every month by the Due Date as specified in the Schedule of Payment.
  • Your monthly instalments shall be over a repayment period of your choice and as agreed with Us.

What happens in the event of an alteration or a cancellation for the vacation package(s)?

  • Cim Finance must be immediately informed if you have altered any feature included and accounted in the quotation, such as the number of people travelling or the chosen destination, or if there is any cancellation of the vacation package
  • Any refund with regards to any change or cancellation of the vacation package(s) will be subject to confirmation from the Travel Tour Service Provider. 
  • You take the responsibility to repay any amount remaining unpaid to us as a result of that cancellation

How do I pay my monthly instalments?

  • Debit or credit card

What happens in the event of late repayment ?

In case of late payment, a fee of 2% per annum above the normal interest rate of 13.5% will be charged.

What happens in the event of non-payment ?

  • Reminders will be sent to you by email, SMS, post or telephone.
  • Should your case be transferred to our attorney, a commission of not more than 10% on the recovered amount + VAT will be applicable.

Will I be contacted through e-communication?

  • We are committed and aim to reduce environmental impacts across our operations therefore, we encourage our clients to e-communicate.
  • You may agree to receive electronic communication from Cim Finance or any party acting on your behalf.

What happens in the event of complaints?

  • For queries or complaints related to your vacation package(s), please contact your Travel Tour Service Provider directly
  • For complaints related to the financing of your vacation package, you can contact us in any of the following ways.
  • Walk in (in person) – Simply talk to one of our staff members about your grievance
  • Call us on +230 203-6898 from Monday to Friday between 08h30 to 17h00

How is the disbursement made?

The approved cost of Vacation Package being financed will be credited directly to the Travel Tour Service Provider’s bank account as agreed with you.

What happens in case of early reimbursement?

If you wish to reimburse the Credit Facility Amount before the agreed maturity, please visit one of our branches or counters with your National Identification Card (N.I.D).

What is the amount financed?

  • Up to 75% of the cost of the Vacation Package (subject to your eligibility)
  • Processing fee of 1% applicable on the cost of Vacation Package being financed plus Credit Insurance Plan premium where applicable

What is the repayment period?

  • You can enjoy flexible repayment terms of up to 24 months.

Is it mandatory to make a deposit?

  • All

Yes, a minimum of 25% deposit of the cost of the Vacation Package should be made with your chosen Travel Tour Service Provider.
