What happens in the event of non-payment?

a) Your file will be transmitted to our claims department with possible legal action.

b) You will have to pay fees and costs incurred by Cim Finance to recover the unpaid amount, (including legal fees). The fees include also (but are not limited to) a commission of 10% + VAT of the amount payable to the solicitor.
