- The discounts available under this Cards Discount Program (‘Discount(s)’) shall be applicable for Classic, Gold and Titanium cardholders only.
- This Discount(s) shall be activated only when payment is effected with the relevant credit card by the cardholder.
- All Discounts are subject to partners’ terms and conditions which can be accessed on the website of CIM Financial Services Ltd.
- This Discount offer(s) shall be valid until 31st December 2025 unless otherwise stated.
- This Discount(s) cannot be cumulated with any discount offer under any other program whatsoever.
- Reservations for spa treatments and hotels’ restaurants are upon availability and on request via the respective partners only
- For any complaint and/or query related to the products and services, please contact the partner where the product and/or service has been purchased. CIM Financial Services Ltd shall not be liable for any loss, damage or claim whatsoever related to the products and/or services provided by the partners.

- CIM Financial Services Ltd shall not be responsible for any failure from a partner to provide any products and/or services as a result of transaction being declined or for any other reasons.
- CIM Financial Services Ltd reserves the right to revoke, cancel, suspend, alter or terminate this ‘Cards Discount Program’ at any time without prior notification to any cardholder.
- CIM Financial Services Ltd shall have no liability whatsoever to any cardholder in connection with this ‘Cards Discount Program’. CIM Financial Services Ltd reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, not to offer any discount under this ‘Cards Discount Program’ to any cardholder.
- The cardholders shall not make any public announcement or press release about the discounts offered under this ‘Cards Discount Program’ at any time without the prior written approval of CIM Financial Services Ltd.
- CIM Financial Services Ltd shall not be held responsible or liable for any failure from a partner to provide the Discount(s).
